Questions

Is the AI included in the price?

Yes. The AI the copilot uses is in the 15¢, so there's no AI bill of your own, no keys to bring, and no tokens to count.

Do my users pay, or sign up for anything?

No. They use the copilot inside your app, signed in to your app as usual, and it acts as them. You're the only one with a Superstorm account.

What happens when the free answers run out?

The copilot tells your users it has used its answers for the month and is back on the 1st. Nothing else in your app changes.

How do I go past 300 answers a month?

Write to support@superstorm.ai from the email you sign in with, and we'll open it up for your account.

How does billing work?

Once a month, on the day you added your card, we charge for the answers past the free 300 since the last charge. The invoice counts them in tens ($1.50 for every 10), and any left over go on the next one. Payments go through our payment provider, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. Can I stop any time?

Yes. Hide the copilot or remove it, and nothing more is counted. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
